Commercial Terms & Insurance
SALSA plus Beer Services
Initial GAP Analysis.
New clients are requested to pay 50% of the fee for the initial GAP analysis prior to the commencement of the work.
The balance is invoiced upon completion of the GAP analysis.
Existing clients will be invoiced the full fee upon completion of the GAP analysis.
Additional Mentoring Services
Where a client requires further mentoring and / or supporting work within the brewery on an on-going basis all fees are invoiced monthly.
Brewery Consultancy
Terms are agreed specific to the nature of the project.
Locum Brewer
Clients are charged 50% of the first day fee in advance. All other fees are charged either monthly or at the end of the assignment (whichever is sooner).
Payment Terms
Southern Cross Brewing Company terms require payment seven days after invoice unless a variation is agreed in writing with the client.
Insurances
Southern Cross Brewing Company hold appropriate levels and cover for both Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance.
Copies of certificates are available to clients if required.
